The plan consists in the building of lodgings to low cost houses in an ex industrial area to the margins of the historical center. With the general coordination of Jean Nouvel they shall plan five blocks by: Shigeru Ban, Jean de Gastines; Anne Lacaton & Jean-Philippe Vassal; Duncan Lewis; Jean Nouvel; Matthiew Poitevin (see other records).
The initiative is proposed to demonstrate as it is possible to realize houses of good quality to contained prices. |
